The Stöffel Association and the Stöffel Park are looking forward to many good-humoured visitors.
There are plenty of ideas
Planning is still in progress, but the Hornister communities will be presenting themselves, because the Westerburg association community is celebrating its 50th birthday. And for this special anniversary, curator Marli Barling (Stöffelverein) is organising a vernissage with artists from the Hornister communities - Enspel, Stockum-Püschen, Rotenhain, Todtenberg, Bellingen and Langenhahn. We are looking forward to it! It's going to be a festival - with oldtimers, entertainment and fun for the kids The steam engine Julia (steam road roller "Hensche") from Mann, Langenbach near Kirburg, is a frequent guest at the Stöffelfest. Her counterpart, Romeo, the original steam engine (Lanz locomobile) is definitely waiting for her, as Romeo has been a permanent exhibit at Stöffel Park since 2018. Certainly, the model makers are also represented in the Tertiary.
The results of their handicraft art can be marvelled at. In a quiet atmosphere, the model builders will be available for a technical discussion and are sure to have some tips to offer. The Stöffel Park will be pleased to present itself in more detail on both days with short guided tours. Two shunting locomotives will be on display in the Adrian locomotive shed. Hearty food awaits in the upper area of the park.
The main focus on Saturday and Sunday: Saturday is Oldtimer Day! From 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. the old, beautiful commercial vehicles will traditionally be on display. Many arrive on Friday afternoon - and their owners get together for a cosy chat. All this is available for a small price. Children's attractions and more on Sunday: the Stöffel Park team invites you to fun and games around the Old Forge! The day begins with a church service - usually at 10.30 a.m. on the basalt stage... The programme for the Stöffel Festival is handed out with a map of the route when you enter. So you can find your way around without any problems.
The organiser is the Stöffel Association, which now has more than 500 members, in cooperation with the Stöffel Tertiary, Industrial and Adventure Park.
