At Schloss Lieser you can taste culinary highlights in an atmospheric ambience on the castle terrace, in the Orangerie restaurant and in the Puricelli restaurant.
Start your day from 7:00 to 11:00 am with a balanced breakfast in the Orangerie restaurant. The varied castle breakfast offers savory and sweet regional dishes, a large selection of cold meats, cheeses, cereals and yogurts, fresh fruit and juices, as well as coffee and tea specialties and a glass of sparkling wine. Likewise, egg dishes such as omelettes or fried eggs can be served upon request. Sweet dishes such as waffles, pancakes, jam, honey, croissants and much more complete the breakfast offer.
At noon you can then relax on the large and sunny castle terrace with a magnificent view of the Schosspark and the Moselle with an aromatic coffee, cappuchino or cool Moselle wine. Then, from 11:00 am, cold and hot drinks as well as homemade pies and cakes are served. And from 12:00, hot dishes from the castle menu can be ordered.
You can end your day at the Puricelli fine-dining restaurant, named in honor of the founding Puricelli family. Maurice Redligx and his team will treat you to classic French cuisine interpreted in a contemporary way from 18:00 to 21:30. Vegetarian dishes inspired by the vineyards, regional meat such as Wid from the Hunsrück or trout from the region are just as convincing as cosmopolitan dishes, be it sole, foie gras or Piedmontese hazelnuts.
