The Museum bei der Kaiserpfalz is a small but fine museum of urban history and a place of preservation, wonder and learning. A virtual 360° tour invites you to explore the exhibition rooms. This offers the possibility to visit the museum at any time and also from a distance.
An attractive and extensive programme of events invites visitors to exhibitions, festivals, lectures, guided tours and workshops on historical topics all year round. The museum presents itself literarily, musically and sometimes even culinary. How to get there:
By train: from Ingelheim railway station by bus lines 611 and 620 (bus stop François-Lachenal-Platz) or on foot for about 20 minutes along Binger and Mainzer Straße to François-Lachenal-Platz.
By car: BAB 60, exit Ingelheim-Ost, then in the direction of Ingelheim, after entering the town after approx. 400 m turn left into Sternbornstraße, then straight on to François-Lachenal-Platz (or follow the brown signs "Kaiserpfalz").

Tuesday to Thursday: 10 am - 5 pm
Friday to Sunday and public holidays: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
November to March:
Tuesday to Sunday: 10am - 4pm.
Closed on Mondays, except public holidays, and from 23 December to 5 January.
