SS Special Camp/Hinzert Concentration Camp Memorial Site This Rheinland-Pfalz memorial site is a reminder of crimes committed in this camp between 1939 and 1945. A permanent exhibition documents this time. This site is of European importance and visitors can use audio guides in German, English, French and Dutch to obtain information on the history of the camp, its special function in the National Socialist system and the victims and culprits.
