Cultural Market in the Fruit Hall – fashion, arts and crafts from 26 November to 19 December 2021
The Cultural Market in the Fruit Hall will be opening its doors for the 40th time! Experience handicrafts, cosy hours with coffee and cake, not to mention a great musical supporting programme.
The Mayor of Kaiserslautern, Beate Kimmel, will officially open the market on 26 November 2021 at 2 p.m.
What makes the Cultural Market in Kaiserslautern so unique is that over 80 exhibitors will be there each day over a period of four weeks. Some of the participants stay for the entire period, but for the most part there is plenty of alternation in the range of offers. A true paradise for visitors! It's definitely worth visiting the Cultural Market in the Fruit Hall as often as possible and experiencing the great variety of high-quality arts and crafts, exclusive unique pieces, clever gift ideas and fair-trade products from charitable organisations. Besides numerous familiar faces, many new and national exhibitors will also be there this year.
On two floors, visitors have the opportunity to stroll, rummage and marvel in the historic Fruit Hall. You can look at and buy ceramics, jewellery, light objects, candles, soaps, leather goods, bags, children's clothing, products made of wood, glass and paper, stonemasonry, fashion and textiles, handmade cuddly toys and various accessories.
The two café areas are great spots to meet friends and linger.
The Cultural Market will be open daily from 26 November to 19 December from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m.
On some evenings, the market will be open until 8 p.m., after which visitors are welcome to enjoy one of the top-class concerts in the Fruit Hall.
